From Oaxaca
Our family's flavors come from Oaxaca — a place where ice cream means real fruit, fresh dairy, and patience. Nieves made by hand, churned slow, and served the same day. Those recipes traveled with us.
Mezcal, mazapán, soursop, rose petals, burned milk — the flavors that feel like home to us are the ones you rarely find anywhere else. We never wanted to leave them behind.

We opened The Bee to share that table with our city. A heladería on Nolensville Pike where couples, families and first-timers all find something to love — from a simple vanilla cone to a loaded Mangonada.
We're family-owned, and we still do the small things the long way. No shortcuts. Just the ice cream we'd want to eat ourselves — and now, we hope, the ice cream you'll travel for.
